Estate Cleanout
Estate cleanouts are our most custom service. We can include helping to sort property, organize, haul away/ trash items, deep clean the home, and more. Estate cleanouts can take several days to complete and are typically used when someone passes or is downsizing.

Foreclosure Cleanouts
Foreclosure cleanouts include removing leftover furniture, appliances, technology, or any other junk and debris. A complete clean from top to bottom is provided and the house is left in move-in-ready shape. Painting is an additional service that can also be provided.

New & Post-Construction Cleanout
New and post-construction cleanouts can include construction mess clean-up, paint preparation, and/or final cleaning in preparation for walk-throughs. We know that construction schedules can be hectic, so we offer additional flexibility for our Illinois Valley clients.

Move-in & Move-out Cleaning
Upon your home being vacated, Nooks and Crannies comes in and cleans your cabinets, baseboards, windows, floors, bathrooms, and appliances. For an additional fee, paint prep and/or painting can be included. Consider adding on a pressure wash for the outside!

Pressure Washing
Exteriors need TLC, too! Whether it is your sidewalk, driveway, deck, or siding, we can get your home’s curb appeal sharp and clean. It is important for the longevity of your exterior surfaces to make sure you properly clean and repel the growth of organic materials that would otherwise accelerate deterioration.

Residential
Residential cleanings include vacuuming and/or mopping, cleaning and sanitizing counters, appliances, and bathroom surfaces, dusting, and light tidying up. For a more thorough cleaning, inquire about our deep cleaning and custom cleaning services.

Janitorial Services
Janitorial services include everything from commercial cleanings but are more custom-tailored on a contractual basis. Typically 3+ times per week with a once per month minimum deep clean; allowing your employees and customers access to a continuously clean and sanitized space.

Air B&B Cleanout and Management
When you need a quick and spotless clean turnaround, trust Nooks and Crannies to get the job done! These services include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and floors, as well as sanitizing high-touch areas like door handles and light switches.

Commercial Cleaning
Regular maintenance in commercial cleaning includes floors, garbage cans, sanitizing of bathrooms & eating spaces, and light dusting. Occasional deep cleanings are recommended, which include windows, baseboards, kitchen appliances, and more based on your needs.
